Fixed Timescale gives you clarity
Upon close of the auction you will be tied into a fixed timescale for exchange and completion, something you will not get with a normal Estate Agency Sale.

The Modern Method of Auction provides greater flexibility than Traditional Auction by allowing the buyer 28 days to exchange contracts and a further 28 days to complete the transaction while still maintaining the security of Traditional Auction. The Modern Method of Auction opens the auction market, creating a larger market place and more interest than Traditional Auction.

We also provide fixed time scales for exchange & completion to provide clarity for both parties. A fixed time scale is not often set when selling a property through private treaty with sales taking much longer than anticipated. This added security is a big benefit to most vendors looking to move forward with confidence.

Buying a property through our auction couldn’t be easier, with the ability to bid from your desk, comfort of your own home; 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Buyers also have the option of attending one of our 9 live auction events held across the UK and Ireland. Depending on which auction option has been chosen, buyers will have between 28 – 56 days to complete on the property. If you are purchasing through the Modern Method of Auction there is usually enough
time to purchase with residential auction finance.
