  • We will always ask for a holding deposit to secure a tenancy, undertake external references through a outside agency and collect a minimum of one calendar month’s rent in advance and a deposit on your behalf.
  • We will prepare a legally sound Tenancy Agreement. We will carry out Comprehensive Inventories at the start of a tenancy and inspect your property regularly.

INTERVIEWING THE TENANT

We use professional referencing providers to fully reference prospective tenants.  We will charge your tenants fees for this.
