LANDLORD FEES SCHEDULE - all fees are nett of VAT which will be applied at the current rate

Full Management Set up fee £150.00 each new tenancy (change of tenants only)
Full management monthly fee equivalent to minimum 10% of monthly rent
Tenant referencing £400.00 right to rent checks etc each new tenancy (change of tenants only)
Tenant re referencing £75.00 per tenant if rent is increased in excess of 10% existing tenants need to be re referenced if contact is renewed
Tenancy Renewal £80.00
Rent Guarantee 3% of rent
Inventory Min £100.00 depending on property size and furnishings
Gas Safety Certificate £75.00
EPC £75.00
Electrical report EICR £185.00 on average dependant on property
PAT Test £50 + £7.00 per item over 3 items
Maintenance Fee 15% of cost
Let Only fee equivalent to one month`s rent
