The chancellor has added a little boost to the housing market in the extension of the stamp duty holiday.
Now buyers have until the end of June 2021, following months of pressure from the property industry.
This will follow the lines of the easing of lockdown restrictions.
The pressure of record numbers of sales likely to have fallen through with the initial dead line of 31st March will be a relief to thousands.
